Postage & Payment Details

Payment can be made by Paypal at the checkout, or ring 01934 418545 to pay by Credit or Debit card. If you wish to pay by cheque, please make your cheque payable to Classic Merchandise, and mail it to our address, which can be found in the company details page. When paying by cheque, dont forget to include your details, a list of the items you have ordered, and P&P in the total amount, the goods will be despatched as soon as the cheque clears. If you encounter any problems please contact us.

P & P charges, cover the cost of postage, the materials used, the time taken to pack the products, and taking items to the Post Office. Our minimum postage charge is £2.00, over this amount, costs are calculated by both size and weight, in line with Royal Mail policy. All items are despatche by 1st Class Post, unless they are too large or heavy to be economical, when items fall into this catagory, we will despatch by the most economical method, giving  due consideration to delivery time. Overseas carraige costs  can vary considerably for some heavy or large items, so we reserve the right to charge  an excess where neccessary. You will be advised of any extra cost by e mail.

Items are normally despatched next working day, unless we are awaiting new stock delivery. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and advise of expected delivery dates.

If there is a need to return any item to us, we must initially be notified by telephone or E Mail. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us in good condition.
